The Stainless Steel 904L Seamless Pipes is manufactured from a long steel cylinder which is first heated up and then a rolled using mandrel. The pipes are rolled till it achieves the desired wall thickness and size.
A welded pipe is a flat sheet whose sides are welded to make a pipe. These pipes are vulnerable to failure. A seamless pipe has numerous advantages over it such as it does not undergo weld integrity test and heat treatment. It is a better substitution for welded pipe. They are more corrosion resistant.
