Alloys details: -
These are a super duplex grade with a ferritic-austenitic microstructure. Contain copper,
tungsten, and nitrogenas well as 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.6% molybdenum; UNS S32760 is a
highly alloyed super duplex welded pipe with high and use for aggressive environments. These
alloys consist of around 40-50% ferrite in the annealed condition. These alloys have the high
strength of the grades whilst retaining the corrosion resistance of the austenitic grades.
Alloy also has outstanding resistance against sulfide-stress corrosion cracking in sour-gas
environments.
Super Duplex UNS S32760 is the part of the wall of the standard cover welded carbon and alloy
steel pipes intended for use at low temperatures. Super Duplex UNS S32760 Welded Pipes are
sulphide stress corrosion and resist chloride environment. Those elements are along with the
molybdenum content; also enable welded pipes to resist many wet corrosive environments.
