Product Description:

Our Stainless Steel 347 Welded Pipes are stabilized chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel pipes containing columbium and tantalum content. These pipes offer excellent resistance to general corrosion and show superior resistance to intergranular corrosion at elevated temperatures. Additionally, they demonstrate good creep strength and oxidation resistance above 537 degrees Celsius, along with good low-temperature toughness in hostile environments.

Thanks to tantalum and columbium content, these pipes are stabilized against chromium carbide formation, promoting carbide precipitation within the grains rather than at the grain boundaries. They offer higher strength at temperatures above 1000 degrees Celsius and resist diluted organic acids and low-temperature phosphoric acid at moderate temperatures. Furthermore, they resist polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking in hydrocarbon services.

Fabrication and Testing:

Our pipes undergo rigorous testing at various production stages to ensure quality, adhering to national and international standards. Tests include positive material identification, hardness testing, intergranular corrosion testing, radiography testing, mechanical testing, pitting resistance testing, ultrasonic testing, macro/micro testing, and tensile strength testing.

We provide comprehensive documentation with our products to ensure complete transparency. Documents include fumigation certificates, heat treatment charts, guarantee letters, quality assurance plans, commercial invoices, and raw material traceability records.
