Product Info

Stainless Steel 321H Seamless Tubes is an austenitic stainless steel tube that is stabilized with titanium content. In addition to it includes nickel and chromium content that improves the corrosion resistance properties of the pipes. This alloy of pipes exhibits superior resistance to general corrosion in comparison to other grades. Thus these offers excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion at elevated temperatures. In addition to these resist good oxidation resistance up to 1500 degree F and enhances superior high-stress rupture and creep properties in hostile environments.

These tubes excellently withstand exposure to the temperature at chromium carbide precipitation range of 800-1500 degree F. The tubes feature good low-temperature toughness. The presence of high carbon in tubes enhances high strength and creep resistance at a temperature above 537 degree C. Therefore this alloy of tubes possesses good ductility, durability, and versatility in tough climatic circumstances.

The tubes are non-magnetic in nature and these are only hardened by means of the cold working process. Similarly, these are welded through standard shop fabrication practices.
