Stainless Steel 304L Welded Tubes designed from stainless steel alloy containing low carbon content. These are the most widely used and versatile steel alloy that comprises 18% of chromium and 8% of nickel content. This alloy tubes is an austenitic grade pipe that is deeply drawn several times. The tubes exhibit excellent resistance to corrosion in a broad range of corrosive atmospheres. These are commercial tubing grades that demonstrate superior weldability and machinability features.

The presence of low carbon content reduces the deleterious or damaging carbide precipitation as a result of welding. Furthermore, these feature superb resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting corrosion. However, the tubes have good tensile strength and are highly resistant to high pressures as well as high mechanical stresses. The tubes are reusable and ensure excellent formability. The fabrication of these tubes is done by means of standard fabrication tools and methods. However, these tubes are both hot and cold worked. Therefore the hot working is performing after uniform heating up to 1149-1260 degree C and is rapidly cooled in order to obtain maximum corrosion resistance. While on the other hand the cold working is done by the standard cold work process. Furthermore, after completion of fabrication, the tubes are annealed to minimize inner stresses and optimize corrosion resistance. On the other hand, these alloys of tubes are welded from the traditional welding methods.
