corrosion cracking and stress corrosion cracking. The molybdenum and chromium content of this
alloy is making it greatly resistant to the uniform corrosion by organic acids that include
acetic acid and formic acid. This alloy also provides very good resistance to inorganic acid
particularly those that are having chlorides.
