Product description

Stainless Steel 310H Welded Pipes are designed from austenitic stainless steel alloyed with chromium, nickel and high carbon content. These welded pipes are proficient in reducing atmospheres especially sulfur-containing environments. The pipes exhibit good resistance to oxidation at a temperature of 1040 degree C. Due to the presence of high carbon content these pipes are ideal for high-temperature applications. Furthermore, carbon content also enhances creep properties. The additional content such as nickel and chromium make the pipes more resistant to soaring temperature corrosion in most service environments.

Similarly, the pipes react with most acids such as sulphuric acids. These demonstrate superb resistance against intergranular corrosion as well as stress corrosion cracking in tough climatic circumstances. The grade of welded pipes delivers excellent tensile strength, hardness, and toughness that withstand in harsh climatic circumstances for a long period of time. Meanwhile, the fabrication of these pipes is processed by standard fabrication practices.

These are hot worked at 1742-2192 degree F. After, hot working these is final annealed at 1000-1150 degree C by rapid quenching process. On the other hand, to achieve good ductility and hardness these are cold worked. Furthermore, the welding of pipes is done with conventional welding practices in order to carry out excellent weldability.
