About Stainless Steel 310H Seamless Tubes:

This alloy is a modified version of 18-8 chromium and nickel austenitic stainless steel. The carbon amount is controlled that increase strength of the tubes above 800 deg F. these tubes are an economical and versatile corrosion resistance alloy tubes for a wide range of general purpose application. Alloy 304H is a dual certified grade. It has high carbon chemistry that enables to meet desired mechanical properties and grain structures. It has the ability to resist atmospheric corrosion as well as moderate oxidizing and reducing environments. Due to the higher composition of carbon content, this alloy is subjected to carbide precipitation in the heat affected zone in the welded conditions. In the annealed condition, this grade is non-magnetic in nature. However, it turns in the slightly magnetic in nature results after the cold working and welding conditions. This grade is easily processed by standard shop fabrication operations.
